Heat rash?

What should i put on this? He's 3 and not sure what cause is.

In those places it looks like eczema so oilatum or similar is best bet.

What have you used so far? If you're unable to get a GP appointment a pharmacist would be a good next step.

Looks like eczema to me. If you go to a pharmacy they will be able to give you something for it.
