Weaning help for 1 year old

I really need help with my little one’s weaning. She’s really lazy with her eating would rather yoghurt, purée and melty crisps so I’ve cut out them apart from yoghurt. She sometimes has really good days where she’ll eat all her meals apart from dinner, she will never eat dinner.
I’ve been in touch with the dietitian and they’ve told me to slowly reduce her formula during the day and I’ve done that so she’s at 1 ounce when she would usually have it. She told me that my daughter wouldn’t go hungry but she is and she’s moaning because shes hungry but whatever I give her she won’t really eat. I feel like I’m banging my head against a wall.
Shes not night weaned as of yet. The dietitian said to not do that until she’s eating more during the day.

She’s also lactose intolerant.

Any help and tips would really help.

Thank you!
