What should their peak flow be?

Just been asked to start a peak flow diary for my ds's aged 7 and 11. 11 year old is blowing 250 and 7 year old is blowing 130. Not sure how much they are meant to be blowing at their ages. I've tried googling but it's all in height measurements rather than age. I've no idea how tall they are. 11 year old is shortish but 7 year old is average I think. 11 year old takes a steroid inhaler, 1 puff 2 times a day and 7 year old just takes a blue inhaler when he needs it, usually only when he has a cold.

My 6yo is blowing 100-110 if that helps Confused I’ve no idea - I’m finding it all a bit confusing!

@elliejjtiny , could you contact your GP/Asthma nurse? I'm surprised they didn't tell you what they'd expect the children to achieve.

The height measurement way of calculating is normal, any way you could measure them? Even if it's rough
