Hi all,

This is a very broad question so I apologise! My daughter has been referred and has is seeing a pediatrician this week. She has right arm weakness. My question is when there, do they order same day tests etc or is your first appointment more of a discussion and general check then any tests needed ordered for a later date? FTM and just wondering if anyone knows what I can maybe expect (I know that I won't know till the day).

Thanks 😊

As you say, bit of a broad question and the answer will be different for different circumstances, but, as a rule of thumb a Paediatrician would refer for other professionals to do further tests when they can be arranged (ie, different days).
