POO PICTURE

I was wondering if anyone could help. My daughter is nearly 6 months old, has CMPA and is on nutramigen hence the green of the poo but my concern is the middle.

She's being early weaned as she was a super hungry baby and the HV gave us the go ahead to start slowly so for the past month she's being having dinner in the hopes it would stop her waking every hour of the night for a bottle. I make her dinners up and so far all she has had for her dinners has been sweet potato and carrot purée. Since starting foods she's progressively getting worse at struggling to poo and tonight she's just done the below. The orange is her food (sweet potato and carrot) the green is from her milk but my concern is the middle bit. It was very very pale, pretty much white, and very crumbly and dry and there was also some blue through her poo which I'm not sure what that would be from?? She's absolutely screaming now every single time she's going. Is this white dry patch something to be concerned about or is this normal??
