Getting toddler to take antibiotics

5ml 4 times a day - DS 2yrs 9 months is point blank refusing. I've tried mixing it into everything I can think of - yoghurt, chocolate spread, milk, juice - no joy. I'm having to hold him down and forcibly syringe it in but hes so strong and fighting now because he feels better. I am by myself and cant hold arms, legs, hands, head in one hand while having the syringe in the other to get it in his mouth.

I am at a loss now and this course is really important to avoid further complications with the illness.

Anyone got any other ideas I could try?
