Vegetable avoiding 10 year old

Does anyone else have a vegetable avoiding child? My 10 year old has just got so fussy and refuses to eat vegetables. The only thing I can get her to eat is homemade pasta sauce full of veggies, tomato soup (counts) and baked beans (also counts). Sweetcorn was possible but no longer. She will even take veggies from the tops of pizzas.

I am getting concerned about her lack of vegetables and don't want to push too much as she eats very little as it is. I don't want food to be a battle ground. Any bright ideas? She has a multi vitamin and eats some fruit.

Thanks for any wisdom. Flowers

Have you tried raw veggies and frozen ones? Sometimes the texture helps. Mine will eat frozen corn and peas and loads and loads of sliced peppers/cucumber

Otherwise what about smoothies with some fruit and then a dose of carrots avocado butternut squash and /or tomatoes. Add a scoop of vanilla icecream for creaminess. Just make sure you blend it to oblivion and beyond as bits will put them off

Blend vegetables into a tomato sauce? Then have 'homemade pizza'.

Cucumber sticks on the side of meals?

Cut spinach super fine and add into meals.

If she is getting veg from homemade pasta sauces, she will probably be getting enough.
At ten years old, she might want to try cooking some food herself and she might be more likely to want to eat it. I am thinking broccoli and onion quiche).
Does she like sweet potatoes, or carrot and parsnip mash?
Avocado scrambled eggs? (Good with cooked tomatoes) and crispy bacon).
Fishcakes (homemade with veg mixed in).

Thanks all, I appreciate it. No chance with cucumber sticks, tomatoes, carrot or anything lik crudite type veg. Sadly same reaction to fresh, canned and frozen veg. I do make homemade pizza so perhaps that will be tonight's dinner.

She does like sweet potatoes but not carrot or parsnip in anything (she will know even if I blend it). I don't know how but she can taste things a mile off!

Same with my child.

Then I look back at my childhood and I never ate any veg!!

Parsnips have a very strong flavour! If you are looking for something subtle try courgette or fennel bulb
