Rash/ spots any ideas?

My son started with some spots on his legs, he's prone to eczema so started to apply his cream....

However seems worse and now I have it on my
Hands.

Trying to get a gp appointment is a nightmare? So looking to see if anyone has had anything similar?

Thanks, didn't realise they would have a good look. I'll need to undress him to show them, I'm guessing that's what the little rooms are for.
