Hiya
My 3yr old son started nursery and keep getting cold after cold. On Wednesday he became quite poorly with a runny nose, sore throat fever and tummy ache. He became better on day 3 with no fever. Last night he had a slight fever and tonight his fever returned. He’s eating and drinking fine (decreased appetite but still eating) he seems playful during the day but as soon as the fever comes back he looks tired.
Is it normal for a fever to return with a cold or is he developing something else entirely different?
His symptoms are:
A very runny nose
Slight cough
Sore throat
