3 year old dd started with a stomach bug Thursday afternoon. She was complaining of stomachache and was sick.
Friday she was sick 4 times wouldn't eat anything and just having sips of water. She was complaining her stomach was hurting and just laid down sleeping in and off all day.
Saturday she was the same, only sick once but saying stomach was hurting. Around 5pm she picked up had some soup and said she was feeling a little better. A couple of hours later she had diarrhoea but felt fine, she then had some noodles.
Woke up this morning and she's crying again in pain with her stomach. Gave her some calpol see if it helps with the pain.
If she's still complaining in a couple of hours would you call 111 or is this just how a stomach bug goes?
