Epigastric hernia?

Hi all, any GPs or anyone with any experience whatsoever? My son has had this abdominal lump since about 10/11 months old. It's never caused him any discomfort or anything. I can push this lump back in and it makes a 'fizzling' feeling on my finger as I'm doing so. Hasn't grown in size either. The GP today has requested an ultrasound but not sure if they'll decline it as he had one in 2020 without finding anything on it (he was 1 and didn't hold still AT ALL)! I asked the GP if she thought it was anything more sinister than a hernia to which she replied, she 'highly doubts it' which has made my anxiety sky rocket and I can't stop cryingSad I'm a sufferer of health anxiety and this has tipped me over the edge. Please tell me that despite the GP doubting a hernia, that it may still be/ sounds like one and nothing worse. Thank you in advance.
