My daughers (2.5yrs) hands and wrists have broken out in dry skin / rash and some of the skin has broken.
She has been washing her hands frequently due to toilet training, often with cold water as she fights when I try to put it warm.
Do you have recommendations for hand wash and some potential moisturiser suitable for a toddler with these issues?
