Hi,
I use hydromol emollient cream on my baby skin diagnosed with eczema. It's been told me to use it every 3 hours. Usually when we put a cream on our skin , we wash/clean the skin first.
Should I wash or clean with washcloth my baby skin each time I apply the hydromol cream? ( In my case every 3 hour ? ) For the other side I know water is not pretty much good for eczema. I'm confused. 😒
