So 4yr old keeping pooing himself constantly 7 times a day he is potty trained since 2yrs old but all of sudden refuses to go toliet on time and the floor ends up covered in it hes been like it for 2 weeks now he's currently on list for doctors appointment he refuses to wear pants and chooses to wear shorts instead and wouldn't wear a nappy because it got to the point its running down his leg and he refuses to put his shorts on and it ends up everywhere on floor and sofa and there is another issue as well he keeps walking on his tiptoes and i did have brother that used to do the same and ended needed an operation

He's not in any pain just won't stop doing it in his trousers or shorts and and wouldn't cooperate when asked to put pants or clothes on he didn't use to be like this it suddenly started happening and I'm constantly cleaning and washing his clothes i think he could have allergy to something but he's not showing no rash

Does anyone have any idea what it could be

It sounds like he could be constipated. If you get very constipated, big hard lumps of poo get stuck in the bowel and liquid poo seeps around it. This is called overflow. It can be very hard to control this which leads to lots of kids having accidents because it just leaks out. If you have a look on the ERIC website you can read more information, and also on the treatment which would be high doses of movicol to clear his bowel. Definitely worth seeing the gp.
