7yo daughter constantly feeling sick

Evening everyone. My daughter is 7, and for the last month or two, she literally complains of feeling sick daily despite eating normally, playing, toilet as usual etc, it's now getting more frequent, she doesn't complain of pain occasionally says she has a headache I've had her eyes checked but again, not wholly convincing as it doesn't stop her doing her usual stuff. She is sensitive, has had a few fainting episodes when she sees blood or someone's hurt themselves she passes out, but this nausea complaint is becoming so frequent despite the fact she's eating etc, so it hasn't made me inclined to get her checked but I think I'm going to call her Gp tomorrow. Shes currently crying saying she feels sick but I think it's because she's back to school in the morning.
Has anyone experienced this, if so, what was the problem? I have asked her if she's worried about anything and she says no, school is fine, I really don't know why she could constantly feel sick and whilst I thought at first it may be a bit of attention seeking/psychological I'm beginning to wonder if she genuinely does feel sick, she's never been sick, doesn't look pale or anything.

Any ideas? I'm lost!
Thanks x

Does she seem to have any digestive issues? Any balance issues? Dizziness? Anything else seem physically wrong?

If not, I'm wondering whether it's anxiety related? Especially as you mentioned she's quite sensitive?

Her balance seems ok however she does say she's dizzy quite a bit. Her digestive system is fine, never has the runs but has (sorry) a very good clear out every 3 days or so. Always been her "cycle".

I did wonder that, but I have no idea why she'd be anxious I have asked her if somethings worrying her and she said no, but maybe she is feeling anxious without even knowing? I don't know 😔 feel a bit lost and worried. X
