Child with chronic constipation passing stools more often today

I have anxiety around DD (5) being ill. She suffers with chronic constipation, on daily meds for it, usually poos every 3-4 days. She went last night, today been holding her poop in all day (as she always does), then went late afternoon, and again this evening. Not loose at all, all her normal consistency. Could it still be a bug even though it's solid, as she's going more frequently? Or has anyone with constipated children experienced similar? She's eaten loads today and been playing.

@Flickflak

No I don’t think so. All that exercise might have encouraged her to poo. Both my children had severe constipation when younger and sometimes there is no rhyme or reason to the bowel movements. I hear you on the anxiety it is very, very stressful.
It's silly really because I should be happy she's going but instead I worry something is wrong!
