Thermometer ?

Could anyone recommend a baby-child thermometer ?

I've just been using a traditional under the arm one until now but my toddler just won't let me go near him with it now and absolutely won't stay still long enough to get any sort of accurate reading

Having had a quick browse feel abit overwhelmed with the other options!

I bought a braun ear thermometer today as GP said Braun ear ones the best she's used. The one I previously had consistently said temps lower than medical ones, and has been 3c lower than braun today 😬

I got it from argos, £39.99 as needed it today but newer version £34.99 with Amazon. Temp still varied right enough but at the higher end!

I use a forehead one. I had a braun ear one but didn't find it that good. Would give different readings in each ear! Would read high for DS too. He was always 38 on the Braun but 36 something on forehead. It was obvious he didn't have a fever so I presume forehead is more accurate, for him anyway.

It's also really quick and easy!
