Baby colic or something else?

First time mum here, so I could well be worrying over nothing.

I have a 4, coming up to 5 week old DD.
A few days ago she was super unsettled. Screaming continiously, pulling her legs up to her stomach and generally being unhappy/restless. Was taking milk fine (combination fed).
Noted her poos had dwindled down from one every other feed to basically 2 in 24hours.
Was advised poss colic.
Have been using infacol with every feed for a few weeks anyway due to reflux.

The following day she was a different child. Happy and content with no issues.

Problems started up again last night and again this morning.
Shes unsettled, crying alot until she goes red in the face.
Only 1 poo in 24hours and there was ALOT of it.
Again pulling her legs up to her chest and kicking out alot. Will feed ok and settle on me but if moved will go spare.

Obviously health visitor isnt about, nor is the GP.
DH called 111 but cant get a person on the phone despite being on hold for about an hour.
We obviously dont want to go to A&E if it isnt necessary and waste their time or risk covid as we're in an area where numbers are stupidly high.

Does it sound like colic/constipation?
What else can i do?
Ive tried Infacol, Gripe Water, tummy massage, warm bath, cycling legs, lots of burping, holding in different positions.
I feel lile an awful mum Sad
