My LO is 9 weeks old and seems to be having issues with passing stools. He is formula fed and currently on Aptamil comfort on the advice of our HV, which he has been on for about 3 weeks now. He’s always had an issue with his tummy and also gets trapped wind, however I’ve noticed it’s got a bit worse lately and he seems to strain at times which causes him discomfort. Once he finally poos (every 2-3 days), it’s soft so I don’t think this is constipation? I’ve thought about a milk allergy but thought there would be more symptoms and issues if it was this?
