My 12 month old had a fever on Wednesday afternoon. Calpol brought it down and she was mostly ok Thursday/Friday. Lastnight she was burning up again with a fever. I gave her calpol and her temp went down. Today she isn’t herself. I’m just a bit concerned about the on/off fever tbh
