Yes, diagnosed with focal epilepsy 2.5 years ago and only just getting him seizure free. Is your dc newly diagnosed?

Yes, first seizure at 18 months, this week is his 8 year seizure birthday. It really is shit.

My son is 10 and on medication now after having 7 full blown siezure and being admitted to hospital every time because how long they was lasting, he still has absences though.

It's very frightening. I'm. It sure 'normal' people know just how truly shit epilepsy is.
I hope his meds get it under control. It's so trial and error.
