My 12 m/o vomited 5 times between Wed night and fri morning, then nothing again til Monday night (vomited twice). He is perfectly fine within himself, no fever, and no other symptoms.
So, may sound a silly question, but is this a stomach bug? Or just random vomiting?
Do I need to keep him off nursery still?
