Noticed this on DS leg when I was changing him. When I feel it it’s bumpy like when somethings been digging into you but nothing has been. Thought I’d ask on here before I start panicking

Are the joggers bobbly inside ? Could be an imprint from them ?

Looks like he's leaned on something and it's imprinted on his leg

It looks like an imprint of either a large lego brick/stress ball or spiky plastic object he may have been lying or leaning on!

Has it increased or disappeared?

It looks a little like some of the viral rashes ds used to get. In particular it looks like one that came out so fast you could watch it spread.
In each case there wasn't anything to really worry about but he was given a blood test to check.
