My 6 year old DD lost a front top tooth two months ago and a new one has started coming through. Her second front top tooth isn’t even loose! All the other children we know lost both top two front teeth within a month of each other (in fact the kids we know lost both within a couple of weeks) so starting to wonder if there is a problem with the second top front tooth like hypodontia.
Has anyone else’s child had a long lag between two top front teeth coming out? Thanks!
