Month long sickness

My 3 (one month off 4) year old has had a tummy bug(?) of sorts since the 6th of November. She's had sickness and diarrhoea for 2 weeks straight, in which time 2 others in the house felt sick and had diarrhoea but 1 person in the house hasnt been ill what so ever . She was only sick at night though. Never during the day. But when she was sick, it was a lot and several times. The GP tested her for ecoli, salmonella and rotavirus which came back fine. She then had a week where she was fine. Then this week she has suddenly started vomiting in the night again but there is no diarrhoea this time. She has developed a massive phobia of going to bed because she associates it with being sick. The GP has told to us to leave it until Friday and call them back just incase its a different episode to last time. I'm obviously going to ring in the morning but I'm just so concerned. She's lost weight, I'm going through bedding towels and washing powder at an alarming rate and I haven't slept properly in a month. We've made sure the carbon monoxide monitor was working just incase that was causing issues and the whole house house has been disinfected. I'm not sure what else I can do.
