Have rung 111 and awaiting a call back. DS has had a mild abrasion on his bum cheek from a week ago when he went into a wall during PE.
Whilst he was getting ready for bed I saw that he has a really nasty reactive looking red rash (my thumb is pictured for scale!) which looks like it may be travelling down his leg.
Any ideas?
