Roseola

My daughter had a high temperature out of the blue then developed spots a few days later. They started on the back of her neck then spread everywhere. She even has spots on the soles of her feet, her tongue and round the vulva. Is this normal? I spoke to the Dr on the phone and he said it was roseola but can it cause spots on every part of the body?

Apart from the spots on the neck it sounds more like hand, foot and mouth. We're the spots blister like or pimple like?

Hand foot and moth blisters are greyish in colour.

The spots look more like pink/red blemishes. They are more like teenager spots, not grey
