Hi there when I was about 9 or 10 when I got diagnosed with this was extremely painful but was told it would just go away as I grew, however I didn't grow very much lmao only 5"0 now, and now I'm 16 now nearly 17 and it's actually come back I'm not sure what age girls stop growing, but I didn't think it would come back so any tips on how to get rid of the pain.

It will go eventually. My son had it, he's now 22 and doesn't anymore.

Personally I'd go with exercise to strengthen the muscles. Swimming is a good none bearing exercise.
