Sickness- Help

So I have extreme emeophobia, it takes over my life. My phobia of sick is debilitating. I have called the doctors to get help and this situation has made me realise I need it. My son is 5 and is autistic and non verbal so often cries. Tuesday night around 10pm my son was crying but I could tell something was wrong. Half hour later he coughed from crying and brought up phlegm. He was lay in bed crying after that not interested in anything else at 11pm he threw up everything badly it was everywhere. He went straight to sleep after and woke up in the morning his normal self eating and drinking. Hasn't been sick since. A bit of back story, he is home educated so doesn't go to school and as he is autistic he is afraid of the outside world and socialising so we have only been to a supermarket. He had threadworms last week, I always know as he has diarrhoea when he gets them and I could see them so on Saturday I crushed an ovex tablet, diarrhea had cleared by sunday. He hasn't had a poo since Saturday night either. My point of this is I'm terrified he has a stomach bug. Does this sound like one to you? Also tonight has been 48 hours since he was sick, so would you say I'm in the clear for catching it if neither me or my partner catch it by tonight?
