My daughter tested positive in lateral flow and then PCR, it's been 6 days now and she has just tested negative on lateral flow again (twice) does Themis mean she no longer has covid??

Why are you testing her?
She may or may not be contagious still (LFT give false negatives) but still has to isolate for 10 days
You arent supposed to test again for 90 days unless she gets new symptoms

Just wanted to test if the virus was still there if it it had weakened.

Testing now is pointless. She's had covid and can go out after 10 days as you know. I've read that tests can pick up traces of the virus for up to 90 days after infection so shouldn't test for 90 days after an infection. My friends daughter has had covid a month ago and she was doing lft tests like you. Thing is although she had covid a month ago, she's still showing positive so it really is pointless. Just accept she can go out after 10 days if no fever!
