Constant nausea

My 13yo child has had nausea constantly for the last month.

Physically appears ok from initial blood tests etc. And physical examination (bp/ abdomen/ temp was clear. Covid negative several times.

Wondering what else could be causing this. Perhaps something gastric? Irritation ? Urine wasn't tested and makes me wonder about that too.

Anyone got any bright ideas ? I'm planning on consulting a private Doctor next as it's really impacting her mental health so wondered if others had experiences here.
