Dd 10 has a wobbly tooth (molar) that she is saying is cracked in half, she has a new tooth coming through next to it and the old molar behind still there and I can see the space is very tight, I can't see a crack.

She isn't complaining of any pain or discomfort at all, but has always been fussy with a wobbly tooth e.g she won't use that tooth/side for eating. That had been the same for all wobbly teeth. I haven't booked an appointment yet as we only had a check up in half term and no pain. Is a cracked baby tooth something that can happen when new teeth are pushing through?

It's hard for anyone to say without seeing it, I'd just book her an appointment and have it looked at. It might not be cracked but if the new one is coming in she could have other issues with it.
