My baby girl is 11 weeks old and was born with extra digits on her hands. It's just skin no bones, one finger is shaped as a finger and the other is just a ball of skin. She has an operation coming up to remove them. I would just like to hear other mums experiences of the same thing on how their children felt after the operation (eg how the recovery was) and long term effects. The surgeon said there is a small risk of them growing back, has this happened to any one else's baby?
