3yo ill but only one tiny wee in 24 hours

My daughter has been ill for a few days, seems to be some sort of sickness bug, but she’s only sick once and only in the night, every night for the last 4/5.
In the day she’s a bit better, playing but quieter and cuddlier than normal, not interested in food and more importantly not interested in drinking.
When she woke yesterday she only had a small amount of wee in her nappy, throughout the day yesterday she didn’t do a single wee, and then I took her to the toilet at 6.30pm and she did the tiniest wee that was really dark yellow, and nothing since.. nighttime nappy bone dry and nothing since she woke at 6am.

She really doesn’t want to drink, I’m trying everything I can think of.. water, juice, milk, watermelon, ice lollies, her normal cup, her mug, a mummy cup, syringe… she’s just not interested!

I’m waiting to hear back from the docs but does anyone have any other ways I could try and get more fluids into her? I’m really getting concerned that she’s going to end up in hospital before the end of the day if she doesn’t start hydrating better!

My daughter had a sickness bug on Saturday and I also struggled to get fluids on her. Even though she stopped being sick Saturday night I still struggled to get fluids in her Sunday as she refused most things I tried to offer her. In the end I forced water in her with a syringe I was so worried. She had a wee at around 11am on Sunday then didn’t have her second wee until 6:20 on Monday morning! I was getting in such a state. I lay there on Sunday night crying watching her sleeping and hardly got any sleep myself. Monday morning cake and about 40 mins after waking she did a massive wee and continued to wee fine from there. She now however is constipated and I’m about at breaking point again. I’m so worried about her she’s tried to poo since yesterday lunch time but can’t because it’s too painful. I’ve been giving her lactulose but it’s not worked yet. I feel completely helpless, I feel so sorry for her that it’s been so rough for her these last few days and I just want her to poo so she’s not in anymore pain!

I had this with my dc when he was younger. Learned that I had to force fluid in him, even though he didn't want to. Worst case scenario that happened was he had to have iv fluids. Never again, so I forced my dc to drink with syringe every certain minutes/ half an hour, etc. if he was ill.
It's the same when my dc was admitted to the hospital for cold etc, they made me force syringe him so he doesn't get dehydrated.

I would be onto the gp at this point OP my littlest spent 2 days in hospital under very similar circumstances except he'd had 2/3 tiny dark yellow wees. This is what the gp was most concerned about as it can indicate sepsis or a virus/infection that the body is really struggling to beat.
I'd taken him in mainly because his nursery was insisting that he be seen after a couple days absence, during the day he was quietly playing so I wasn't too concerned.
I thought she was overreacting tbh but 5 hours later he was on a drip and barely conscious. There were no other 'clues' that he was getting really ill other than a lack of wee and thirst.
