My rights during a court order

My DS who is 4 years old, stays with his father every other weekend Fri to Mon.

Almost every time he returns he's either full of cold (which only lasts a day weirdly) or he's coughing badly.

He stayed with his father for a whole week last month and when he returned he had a wheezy chest and a bad cough and seemed poorly. So I took him to the GP and he was put on AB and steroids which took a while to work as they said he had some fluid on his chest (DS nearly got admitted to hospital but got better with a steroid inhaler) and they said he now has asthma!

DS has been fine till now! He stayed with his father for 5 days again and he's returned with a wheezy chest and a bad cough again so I took him to the GP and now been put on steroids and antibiotics again for the 2nd time in the space of 6 weeks!

I know that DS's father has damp in his home and I feel like this could be affecting my son as he is never really unwell with me (apart from the odd sickness bug)

I've tried expressing my concerns to his father but he's disregarded what I say and said it's my fault (he's emotionally abusive so it's hard to talk to him anyway)

We have a court order in place so my son has to stay with him regardless on the days he's supposed to, but I'm unsure of my rights as I am now concerned of my sons health.

I don't want DS to not see his father but I don't feel comfortable with my DS sleeping in the house.
