Hi, I’ve just completed a disimpaction with my 3yo son and we are now moving onto the maintenance dose. Question for all you experienced movicol users out there, is there a link to when you give them their dose & when they poo when on the maintenance dose?
We had a withholding issue which was worse when he was at pre-school but he’s been doing so well through disimpaction that if at all possible I’d love to time the movicol dose so he needs to go when he’s at home while he’s getting his confidence up again (if it even works this way?)
Anyone with any info on how it’s worked out for them would be much appreciated! Thanks x
