He’s seen one doctor and will try to get him another appointment tomorrow- but is this normal? He’s keeping some food down now which is a massive improvement but he’s been quite unwell for quite a few days now.

I think it's quite common. It's a worry but if they are keeping some food down that's a good sign they are not dehydrating. Plenty of fluids. We use the novelty of straws or ice lollies if needed.

My DD has just had this and passed it to us now. Started vomiting on sat, didn’t really eat anything until yesterday, today seems fine. Now I’m vomiting.

I just gave her fluids on days she wasn’t eating. She’s 2 btw.

Thankyou @SummerHouse. He’s had a few buttons today because his appetite has gone and orange juice. It is hard not to worry when they don’t get better so thank you for the reassurance.

Oh no Sametoo! I did wonder if it’s a bug going round. I’ve felt a little sick myself but luckily not got it yet. I hope you and your dd get well soon.

Thank you @Underamour

I gave her calpol which seemed to help but yesterday she just lay on me all day sleeping which is very unlike her. Think it was her body recovering because she’s back to her usual self today 😊 Hope your sons better soon and that you manage to avoid it!

Thankyou. I am glad she’s on the mend
