Toddler boy - UTI

Toddler (nearly 3) has come back from nursery and they have said he’s been weeing multiple times an hour. I noticed he had slightly cloudy pee yesterday morning but after he didn’t have cloudy wee for the rest of the day didn’t think much of it.

I guess this means he has a possible uti?
Does this require drs or can I get anything over the counter?

Same question nursery have said conjunctivitis is also going round and he has a slightly pink eye - nursery have said he will need eye drops but the gp is shut so can I get anything over the counter for him for now?

You need to catch a urine sample in a sterile container and hand it to the Dr, ideally with him seeing you as well to check a blood sugar. It's important to get it dipped to check for glucose and ketones, as passing lots of urine can be a sign of type one diabetes.
