Two year Molars teething

Hello,

I'm currently dealing with my 2yo cutting her last two back molars, she has always been bothered by teething, ever since being a baby so I know the signs and I can see the teeth starting to push through. It must be at its worst point right now as it breaks through the gum. I use calpol/nurofen as needed and teething powders also which do seem to calm her down but her behaviour when she's teething is next level. Has anyone else had to deal with the 2 year molars and had similar experience? I know it's temporary but any advice/support is welcome!
She is generally such a lovely and well behaved child, but at the moment, you say one wrong word and she's dropped to the floor in a heap of screams and 'NO!'s, pulling on my clothes etc, I can't walk away without her chasing me screaming but she also won't let me comfort her. I feel helpless a lot of the time, I'm just trying to remind myself that it's only temporary!
