Hi all

This is super awkward but my 8 year old son used to have little boy erections when he was a toddler. Usually in the bath he would say it is frozen etc. Anyway when he was 5 he had to have an emergency op for a cyst on his testicle.

I had never noticed anything unusual until talking to my sister who also has an 8 year old and said he always has erections in the morning and I said oh no my little one never does and she was shocked.

Is it normal he does not have them anymore? I asked if he ever gets a frozen Willy anymore and he said no.

I didn't think boys his age got them anyway. I knew as toddlers they do and obviously puberty just want to make sure he is developing as normal.
