Constant scab picking

Hiya my 3 year old grazed her face a few weeks back, and has a scab on her nose. When she's asleep she picks it and it just keeps getting worse. It got better for about 5 days then it's now doubled in size.

How in earth do I get it to heal quicker? I'm so hesrtbroken because I can't seem to stop it happening, and she's going to end up with such a scar: it's taking over her entire nose 😭

Oh no! Would she wear gloves overnight to stop her picking it?

What about these scratch sleeves?

I can't imagine she would wear gloves at night but it's worth a try.

I'm almost desperate today she woke up with 3 spots on her face (another thing she picks) and I just wanted to cry because it's 3 more areas of her face that will leave scars 😢

My youngest does this - and now has lots of tiny scars all down her arms. The scratch sleeves posted above are brilliant for preventing it.
