Impetigo?

Waiting on GP callback. But does this look like impetigo? If so, are there any OTC treatments or remedies? Or does it always need prescription antibiotic? Baby teething so I thought I was a dribble rash but nursery think it is impetigo so I need the Dr to confirm.

Impetigo?

That's does look abit like impetigo op id say pop in a chemist and ask them take a look and see if you can get anything from there or they will recommend you see a gp if it looks like it needs antibiotic cream.

Is it safe to put honey on a baby when you can't give them honey until age 1 ?
