Sensitive skin recommendations

Hey everyone I was wondering if anyone could recommend any moisturisers/talcum powders for my baby. She has used aveeno since she was about 6 weeks but it's not making a difference to her dry skin and she's Boyle getting a little rashy under her chin. I was also hoping for any recommendations of talcum powder.

What's the talcum powder for?

Why would you want to use talcum powder for a baby? My ds is seen by the skin specialist since he was a baby, but no one recommended talcum powder.

Just to see if it would help with the rash under her chin, would this aggravate it?

I have no clue tbh, but I have never used talcum powder.
Only thing that really made a big difference for my ds is getting diagnosed for the source of allergies, which was causing my ds to have skin problem from 1 week old. So we went on restricted diet eliminating everything he was allergic to, while I was BF, and his skin transformed over night.

If the skin problem isn't serious, and if the sweat under the chin is causing her to get rashes, I would imagine first thing you can do is clean and moisturize, not add something like talcum powder. But like I said I have no experience of using it, so better ask your dr.
