How long dilated pupils last?

Went to orthoptist this morning with Ds had drops to dilate pupils, they are still dilated 10 hours later is this normal?

My sons usually stay dilated all that day and still
Somewhat dilated the following day unfortunately. Takes ages to return to normal!

If they have used cyclopentolate it can take 24 hours to completely wear off

Yes, especially with blue eyes, can still be dilated a day or so later.

That's normal. I used to take sunglasses for DC2 to wear to make sure they were comfortable. It usually wore off by the next morning, but as PP have said, it can take a while.
