My 2 year old DD has been getting what look like little pimples on her cheeks for a few weeks now.
I’m at a loss with it. I thought it might have been dry skin, so I’ve tried moisturising that area and no luck.
Tried monitoring to see if it’s a food allergy but it flares up no matter what she eats or whatever she’s doing, so I can’t really pin point any particular allergen.
Has anyone’s child ever had unexplained pimples and if so what got rid of them if anything? I’ve spoken to the doctor who just told me to monitor it re food allergies.
