HFM all over arms and legs?

My DD is 22 months and Monday night didn't eat, then had a raging temp overnight. Temp settled and she 'snacked' Tuesday but didn't want a proper meal. Wednesday came and she had spots all over her hands and feet so I called her GP who asked to see her, luckily, as it turns out she has hand, foot and mouth as well as tonsillitis which I'd never have spotted. The HFM has since spread all over her arms and legs as well as her nappy area (this was awful on Wednesday so GP prescribed cream which has helped). I'm now worried she may actually have chicken pox because of the spread? I will call her GP in the morning again but I'm looking for experienced parents to maybe advice if they've had anything like this with HFM. Pics added of her limbs this evening. Temp is fine, she's not irritated by them at all, not very interested in food still but is eating and drinking, wet and dirty nappies as usual.

The spots to me look more like hfm. My oldest had that all down her legs from top to bottom (had chicken pox separately another time)

Chicken pox are more defined that those spots. Definitely looks like HFM just a bad case of it.

Thanks everyone - no need for a GP call then?
