Anyone else's child always vomit with a cold?

5yo DD is always like this, she currently has a cold, been vomiting too. It's very phlegmy but she's not eating, she's always off her food with a cold. Just wondering if anyone else's children are the same. I find it hard to believe that every single time she catches a cold she also catches a tummy bug!

Yes, although mine is only a year old. I think it's the same though across the age ranges because they have a stronger gag reflex. Also, all the snot draining into their tummy can make them queasy. This is pretty much how the Dr explained it to me anyway!
I've assumed if they have a tummy bug then you'd get diarrhoea too.

Mine always vomits if he has a temperature. He’s 9 now and has always been like this.
