These red spots have appeared on my 1 year olds feet the last couple of days. She also has a couple on her hands and 1 at the corner of her mouth. Does it look like the start of hand foot and mouth? She is well in herself other than teething, not bothered by the areas and has no temperature or spots in her mouths. She does have really bad nappy rash at the moment but put that down to teething.
