Hand foot and mouth?

These red spots have appeared on my 1 year olds feet the last couple of days. She also has a couple on her hands and 1 at the corner of her mouth. Does it look like the start of hand foot and mouth? She is well in herself other than teething, not bothered by the areas and has no temperature or spots in her mouths. She does have really bad nappy rash at the moment but put that down to teething. Thanks

HFM can present in the nappy area too

Yes looks like the same my daughter had a few weeks ago and that was definitely hand foot and mouth as there were several cases in nursery. She only had a few spots on her mouth, hands and bottom, otherwise completely well in herself. Whilst some children (and adults) can really suffer with it, for many it can be very mild.

Looks like HFM to me. Most kids get it mild, so this might be as bad as it gets thankfully. I had it a few years ago and it was agony! Much worse it adults
