Baby's toes

Hi all, my baby is nearly 6 months and her big toe on both feet stick up, they have done since birth. It's not like she's flexing them but more like she physically can't relax them. Even with a babygro on you can feel them bent above the rest. Is this normal or do I need to get her checked over?

I know things have been different with Covid but has a Health Visitor or Dr seen the toes already? I would get them checked to be honest.

Our health visitor hasn't seen her since she had her 6 week check, she didn't say anything then but I'm finding her toes a little on the strange side now. I kind of expected them to straighten out as she got a bit older

Yes I'd get them checked. Try your GP if you can't get hold of your HV.

Hi op, I would say definitely get them checked out by a dr or health visitor.

Did you get your baby seen? My baby's toes are the same!

@Luna87 and @Betty407 did anything come of this for you? My 3.5 month old sticks his big toe up for practically all of the day! He’s in his bouncer now and I can see it through his babygro..!

He’s 21 months now and his big toes still stick up but it doesn’t bother him!

Thank you - I wonder why it happens?!
