Hi, my 3 yo has had a temperature for the past 24 hours which comes down quickly with neurofen/Calpol. He's presenting no other symptoms other than being off his food. He's ok between spikes but dips when it rises. In my experience there's always been a symptom to indicate where the infection is coming from e.g cough/snot! Anyone else experienced this? Thank you x
